Job summary

Ariya Neurocare is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a brain injury rehabilitation service in Chesterfield. You will oversee service delivery for post-injury clients, driving high quality outcomes with a supportive, professional team.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring skills and the ability to coordinate a multidisciplinary team while maintaining regulatory standards and a compassionate approach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experienced Health and Social Care leader with proven track record of leading outstanding services.
• Willingness to work towards diploma if not held.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and support career development.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team and coordinating care.

Due to our organisation's growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our transitional brain injury rehabilitation service in Chesterfield.

We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to deliver an outstanding service for people post-injury and to help them achieve their goals. We have an exceptional and supportive team, known for their professionalism, kindness and positive attitude and there are extensive training and development opportunities for those wishing to learn and develop.

The ideal candidate would:

• Be an experienced Health and Social Care leader with experience in leading an outstanding service
• Have a positive, kindly and 'can do' attitude
• Be creative and like working in a dynamic environment
• Have a passion and aptitude for maintaining a high-quality service
• Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of others
• Have extensive experience in mentoring Junior staff
• Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, with experience of managing this effectively
• Hold NVQ/Diploma level 3,4 or 5 (or willingness to work towards a diploma)
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills

Whilst this role requires you to regularly work Monday to Friday office hours, you may occasionally be required to work out of office hours. This may include:
