Job summary

Runwood Homes is seeking a proactive Care Team Leader to oversee a team of Care Assistants, ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for residents. You will support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, manage medication and contribute to audits, while building strong relationships with residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have dementia care experience and a positive, proactive approach, with NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care being advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Plan and provide high-quality care that makes residents feel safe, respected and independent.
• Lead a team of Care Assistants and ensure care standards remain at the highest level.
• Support Home Manager and Deputy Manager with daily operations and care delivery.
