Domus Recruitment is representing a well-established health and social care provider recruiting a Home Manager for the Leicester region. You will lead a small, committed team to sustain CQC standards, oversee medication safety, and drive person-centred care across the home.

The role emphasises strong leadership, robust governance, and the ongoing adoption of digital care systems, including care plans and eMAR, with a supportive leadership culture and career development opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain CQC compliance and deliver ongoing improvement and environmental action plans.
• Provide oversight to ensure residents receive the highest standards of personal care.
• Oversee and ensure safe administration, storage, and recording of medication, in line with CQC standards.
• Build and develop a strong, stable staff team, reducing agency use and improving retention.
• Promote high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
• Support and guide digital implementation (electronic care planning and medicine management).
• Drive a positive and professional culture within the home.

Essential:

• Longevity and stability in previous management roles.

Desirable:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
• Experience with digital care systems (care plans and eMAR).
• Strong track record of maintaining “Good” ratings.
