A leading UK healthcare provider in Ledbury, Herefordshire, is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing home delivering comprehensive medical and personal care. You must hold a valid NMC Pin and have proven experience managing a nursing home.

The role covers day-to-day governance, 24-hour responsibility for residents, and driving improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance. Salary ranges £63,000–£65,000, with monthly pay and a permanent, full-time schedule for 37.5

Key responsibilities

• To utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care
• Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24 hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users
• Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy
• Provide improvement, independence and choice for Service Users
• Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times and in particular the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £63,000 - £65,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
