Main duties of the job

As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding personalized care through continuous improvement. You will have a proven track record of developing and motivating teams, excellent organizational and management skills, and a deep understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
