Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with service procedures and clinical guidelines.
• Support patients receiving IV therapy and TPN in the community and at home.
• Visit patients at home to start treatment, carry out assessments, provide follow-up care, and offer ongoing support.
• Teach and support patients, carers, and families on managing treatment safely.
