B&Q TradePoint Hanworth in London is recruiting a Customer Advisor for a full-time role (36.75 hours per week) at an hourly rate of £14. Training for paint-mixing and timber cutting will be provided as part of the role.

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7am to 10pm, with a permanent contract and relocation-friendly onboarding from end of September to January 2026. Join us as a Customer Advisor to help customers with home improvement projects, stock management, and attractive in-store displays.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn.
• Team player with flexible rota including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
• Interested in home improvement and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with home improvement projects and advice.
• Manage stock and set up displays to keep the store presentable.
• Provide great customer service as the main aim.
• Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be provided.
