Job summary

B&Q Newtownabbey is hiring a Customer Advisor on a 30-hour-per-week part-time basis for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You’ll work shifts from 7.00am to 10.00pm across Monday to Sunday and play a key role in helping customers with home improvement needs.

You’ll be an inspirational guide, assist with sales, stock management, displays and store presentation. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing, with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and product needs.
• Help manage stock, set up displays and keep the store presentable.
• Be open to training in paint-mixing and timber cutting when required.
