Qualifications

We are searching for a talented Home Health Clinical Manager for Southcoast Health @ Home.

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Executive Director Home Health Clinical Services or designee, perform a variety of duties in support of Southcoast Health at Home clinical services, including but not limited to:

  1. Provide direction to assigned clinical staff in order to assure daily operations and service management is timely and meets patient/customer needs.
  2. Manage the mix of services, introducing and applying new approaches to improve utilization, such as length of stay and cost per unit measures.
  3. Promote an environment in which staff is included and encouraged in generating ideas for process improvement.
  4. Investigate, correct and make root cause improvements in response to all levels of complaints and suggestions, up to and including sentinel events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and RI is required.
  • Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Evidence of current CPR certification.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Requires proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $95,908.80 - USD $170,996.80 /Yr.
