Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is launching a countywide Home First Service. The Business and Project Lead will shape its development, embedding new ways of working and establishing robust business intelligence and performance information to support service planning and governance.

You will manage a small team and coordinate projects aligned with national initiatives. Interviews are planned for August 19, 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in health or social care settings.
• Ability to design, develop and embed new services or operating models.
• Strong data-informed decision making and performance improvement.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the Home First Service across the county.
• Drive business intelligence systems and performance information to support planning and governance.
• Line manage the Home First Planner, Administrators and Call Handlers.
• Collaborate with Operational Leads to deliver changes from day one.
