Job summary

Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a registered practitioner to support learning, development and clinical growth of our workforce for the new Home First service. You will deliver induction and competency-based learning, assess staff competencies, and facilitate clinical education with a multidisciplinary team across Gloucestershire.

You will contribute to staff development, probationary onboarding, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement, travelling to deliver

Qualifications

• Registered practitioner to support learning, development and clinical growth of the workforce.
• Ability to assess competency and facilitate clinical learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical education and induction programmes for Home First staff.
• Support staff competency assessment and sign-off through work-based learning and observation.
• Coaching and development of a diverse multidisciplinary workforce across Gloucestershire.
