Bath & West Community Energy - Home Energy Team Leader

Bath & West Community Energy is recruiting a full-time Home Energy Team Leader to join their growing team of energy experts. The role involves helping local residents improve the efficiency and comfort of their homes through expert paid energy assessments and post-assessment support.

Principal tasks of the role include:

1. Manage, recruit, and oversee the training of expert staff and freelancers to provide home energy advice, assessments, and support. Currently, the team comprises 3 part-time staff and 4 part-time freelancers.
2. Conduct retrofit assessments.
3. Quality assure retrofit assessments produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, clarity, timeliness, and alignment with customer needs.
4. Manage our Retrofit Coordination service, ensuring quality, managing risks, and delivering excellent customer service.
5. Work closely with delivery partners such as Retrofit West.
6. Evaluate and analyze impact, including measures installed, carbon and financial savings, and customer feedback.
