Job summary

Kent County Council is seeking an Enablement Support Worker to help people in West Kent become more independent through structured enablement services. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and support individuals in daily living tasks while traveling across Maidstone and surrounding areas.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and a proactive approach to development. A Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enablement focuses on helping individuals on a journey to independence through planned support.
• Coordinate with Enablement Locality Organiser, Supervisors, Social Workers and multi-agency partners.
• Travel across West Kent Maidstone, Malling and surrounding areas to deliver services.
