Job summary

CO-OP is seeking a Home Delivery Driver to deliver groceries to customers' doors and assist in-store tasks when not on the road. A full UK driving licence with at least 3 years of driving experience is required, and up to 6 points are allowed. You will promote Co-op membership and provide friendly, reliable service to the community.

You’ll pick and pack orders, drive safely, and support in-store duties as needed, contributing to a team-focused environment and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Friendly, helpful approach and customer focus.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customers' orders and deliver them to their doorsteps, driving safely and considerately while providing a friendly service
• Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly, supporting your colleagues in store when you're not out on deliveries
• Work hands-on in store, serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and helping with daily tasks
• Help keep everything running safely and efficiently by carrying out vehicle checks and following safe ways of working
• Support your local community and promote Co-op membership through great service and everyday interactions
