Job summary

Tesco UK is looking for Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers' homes. This role is hands-on, physical, and varied, with shifts that differ day to day.

You’ll work largely independently with support from managers. You’ll deliver in your customers’ time slots, keep vans clean, and provide warm, reliable service that reflects Tesco’s values.

A valid UK driving licence and a commitment to safe driving are required, with a guaranteed minimum weekly hours and flexible options.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence required, with at least 12 months of driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points.
• Able to handle orders and deliveries safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers' homes within allotted time slots.
• Load the van safely and maintain organisation of deliveries.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and handle order changes or refunds when needed.
• Keep van and workspace clean and well organised to ensure quality and trust.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues and adapt to changing schedules.
