Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to deliver orders to customers in their homes, provide friendly service, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. The role involves loading, checking orders, and communicating clearly about substitutions or changes.

We offer shifts with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and a starting hourly pay in line with Tesco’s customer delivery pricing. Training and support are provided to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Availability for minimum 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within designated time slots.
• Load and unload van safely and keep the workspace tidy.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and assist customers.
• Handle order changes and refunds as needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and keep equipment organised.
• Build good relationships with colleagues to support team spirit.
