Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes. This role is more than driving—it's about helping people and delivering great service with a smile, in a fast-paced, varied environment.

You’ll work independently for much of the day with a friendly team backing you up, earning £14.18–£15.45 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week (some roles from 12 hours available). Flexibility on shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to manage time and adapt to route changes.
• Reliable, friendly and proactive in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers in their homes within agreed time slots.
• Keep vehicle and workspace clean, orderly and safe.
• Explain order changes and substitutions politely and process refunds when needed.
• Build rapport with customers and support teams to ensure quality service.
