Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions in Leicestershire is seeking Home Carers to join our domiciliary care team. You will provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes, help with daily tasks, and promote independence and dignity.

We offer fully funded NVQ training, clear career progression, and generous rewards including monthly gift vouchers and referral bonuses, with compensation for travel time and mileage. No experience is needed as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
