Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions is seeking dedicated Home Carers to join our in-home support team across our four branches. We provide comprehensive training and funded NVQ pathways to support career progression.

We value a compassionate, empathetic nature, offer a supportive team culture, and reward hard work with bonuses and rewards. A valid UK driving license is preferred to visit clients' homes.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Compassionate and empathetic by nature.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
