Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Home Carers to join our team and provide in-home support. We have 20+ years of experience, four branches, and a strong track record of CQC ratings.

No experience is required; we offer fully funded NVQ training and clear progression paths. You’ll travel to clients’ homes, deliver personal care, help with meals and daily tasks, and support independence with compassion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
