No prior care experience is required; we provide fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, and the opportunity to earn with a refer a friend scheme. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; right attitude and caring nature accepted.
• 12+ months remaining on right to work in the UK; no sponsorship offered.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals and companionship.
• Provide a comforting cup of tea and friendly conversation.
• Assist with medication as needed.
