Job summary

You will help with routines, meals, and practical tasks, while building meaningful relationships in the community. No prior care experience is required, training will be provided.

The role emphasises empathy and a warm, professional approach, with flexible contracts and mileage paid. A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate person with strong attitude to helping others.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own car.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, including household tasks and personal care.
• Help with shopping, meals, and making a cup of tea.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear, and maintain client wellbeing.
• Assist with medication as needed.
