Job summary

Rainbow Care Solutions in Warrington is seeking caring Home Carers to join our expanding domiciliary team. You will provide compassionate in-home support, helping clients with daily tasks and maintaining their independence.

We offer fully funded NVQ training, paid travel time and mileage, and a supportive environment built on respect and teamwork. No previous experience is required as comprehensive training will prepare you for the role.

Qualifications

• No Experience Needed – comprehensive training provided to prepare you for the role.
• A full UK driver27s license and access to a vehicle are required.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Help clients maintain their independence and dignity.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
