Job summary

Care Connect Bury Ltd is seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to support clients in their own homes in the Bury area. Roles are available as full-time or part-time positions, requiring a driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel between clients.

No visa sponsorship is available. You will help clients live independently and with dignity, delivering person-centred care and companionship daily.

Qualifications

• Experience working in the care sector is essential.
• Holds a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle (essential as you will travel across Bury).
• Desirable: Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and dignity support.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Support with medication management where required.
• Assist with mobility, meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times.
