Able Carers is a trusted home care provider based in North Yorkshire, and we're looking for friendly, compassionate people to join our Selby team. Whether you're experienced or brand new to care, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

You'll support clients with a range of daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, and social visits. We offer a generous pay rate and a 2-week rolling rota with alternate weekends off.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.

Responsibilities

Salary: £12.71 per hour to £14.00 per hour

Contract: Permanent

What You'll Do

You'll support clients with a range of daily tasks, such as:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation
• Administering medication
• Shopping and errands
• Social visits and companionship

Shift Patterns

• 7am-2pm and 3pm-10pm
• Optional 12-hour long days
• Every other weekend

What We're Looking For

• No previous care experience required
• A caring, reliable and positive attitude
• A car (or bike) is essential for travel between clients in Selby
• A car is required for training, which takes place in York
