Job summary

Candlelight Care is hiring a Care Support Worker to support vulnerable adults in their own homes across Gillingham, Dorset and surrounding areas. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with typical shifts 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm, and alternating weekends.

Driving is not always essential depending on location. We provide full training, opportunities to gain NVQ qualifications, and a range of benefits including mileage, a company smartphone, and a pension.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes.
