Candlelight Homecare Services Ltd is seeking caring individuals to join a friendly, family-run team as Care Support Workers in Gillingham, Dorset. You will assist vulnerable adults at home across Gillingham and surrounding areas, with shifts from 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm, and occasional weekends.

Driving is helpful but not always essential. Benefits include full training and development opportunities, mileage allowance, a company smartphone, and 28 days holiday pro-rata.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing personal care or supporting adults at home.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends when required.
• A full driving licence is helpful but not essential depending on location.

Responsabilités

• Provide emotional and practical support to clients at home.
• Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with medications and mobility aids when needed.
• Monitor wellbeing and report changes to the Registered Manager.
