Job summary

Community Care Team in Leyland is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our friendly team. You will follow individual care plans and assist with daily living, personal care, meal prep, mobility, and medication management in clients' homes across Leyland and surrounding areas.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and opportunities to progress within a supportive company. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends to suit you.

Qualifications

Must have enhanced DBS check.
Must have own transport.
Must be able to work alternate weekends.
No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

To follow each client's care plan.
To assist with all aspects of personal care including washing and dressing.
To assist with meal preparation.
To assist with toileting.
To assist clients with their mobility using equipment provided.
To assist with daily living tasks.
To assist with medication management.
