Community Care Team is hiring Community Support Workers across Leyland, Penwortham, Walton Le Dale, Euxton, Lostock Hall, Bamber Bridge, Chorley and more. You’ll typically serve one area for consistency and continuity, with on-the-job training and clear progression paths.

A £150 welcome bonus is offered to new starters. Shifts vary (mornings, evenings) with some weekend work; full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• 18+ age requirement for insurance purposes.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client's care plan.
• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility using equipment.
• Assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication management.
• Provide companionship.
