Job summary

Community Care Team in Leyland is hiring Community Support Workers to join our growing, friendly team across Leyland, Penwortham, and surrounding areas. No prior experience required; on-the-job training and plenty of chances to progress are offered.

Shifts include mornings and evenings with alternate weekends. We offer an above-average pay rate, an advance payment scheme, paid training, pension, free uniform, DBS check, and a referral bonus of £250.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Able to work alternate weekends.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Must have own transport.
• Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Follow each client’s care plan.
• Assist with all aspects of personal care including washing and dressing.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Assist with toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility using equipment provided.
• Assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication management.
• Providing companionship.
