Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to provide person-centred home care across the Trowbridge area. You’ll support people to live independently and travel to appointments, using mobile technology to record care and communicate with the team.

We offer £13.80–£14.30 per hour, a permanent contract, a welcome bonus, ongoing training, career development, mileage allowance, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
