Job summary

Qualifications

• This post will require SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.
• This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the PVG Scheme.
• Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required if applicable.
• A confirmed offer of employment is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.
• minimum of two references, one from current or most recent employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to service users and their families in their own homes to promote independence and rights.
• Work pattern includes a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts on a 4 x 6 hour rota.
• Commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement for the service and organisation.
