Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development within health, social care or home care
• Ability to develop referral networks and grow client base
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop local business opportunities and sustainable growth within the territory
• Grow client base and generate referral opportunities
• Handle enquiries from initial contact through to care package commencement
• Assess client needs and develop suitable care proposals
• Represent Guardian Angel Carers at events and build professional relationships
