Qualifications

• Experience with care coordination and rota management.
• Knowledge of CQC, care plans, and rotas is beneficial.
• NVQ level 3 is desirable.

• Supervise, instruct and support care staff in the field.
• Manage care workers and field-based duties, including travel requirements.
