Avante Care & Support is hiring Home Care Professionals to provide compassionate in-home support and care to older adults across our services. We welcome applicants with or without prior care experience and offer comprehensive training to prepare you for care visits, medication assistance, and daily tasks.

Roles include full-time or part-time contracts, with shifts from early morning to evening. A driving license and UK work authorisation are required.
