Local Solutions in Knowsley and surrounding areas is seeking a caring Care Assistant to provide personal and domestic support to service users in their own homes, supporting independence and well‑being. No previous care experience is required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal/domestic care in the service user’s home.
• Promote dignity, independence and respect for cultural, spiritual and religious needs.
• Meet physical, social and emotional needs as per the care plan and support living skills.
• Liaise with other staff, agencies and community nurses involved in care.
• Maintain records and report significant changes to the Line Manager.
• Work flexibly as part of a community-based team and adhere to policies.
