Springcare Ltd in Wirral is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. You will provide compassionate daily support to residents, assist with personal care, meals and activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified home environment.

We offer permanent full and part-time shifts, access to pension, early pay, Blue Light Card, funded training (levels 2–5), and wellbeing support. Successful applicants will have DBS checks and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Compassion, sensitivity and understanding.
• Desire to help people and support residents.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Ability to use a computer or handheld device.

Responsabilités

• Help with washing and dressing.
• Assist with feeding and mealtimes.
• Learn residents' interests and needs.
• Housekeeping in bedrooms and communal areas.
• Support residents' wellbeing through activities.
