Job summary

• Responsible for safe, effective administration of medication per care plans and company policy when trained.
• Deliver personal care with dignity, respect and kindness; support residents in personal choices while maintaining their dignity.
• Ensure care plans are tailored to individual needs with resident involvement for appropriate daily living support.
• Support risk assessments to ensure care and support meet health and safety requirements.
• Assist residents with individual and group activities, including social interaction, per care plans.
