Saxon Care is hiring Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Trowbridge and nearby areas. You will help maintain independence and quality of life while earning competitive pay and enjoying guaranteed hours with permanent contracts where applicable.

The role offers paid travel time, mileage allowance, and enhanced pay for unsociable hours, with full training provided for newcomers. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required, and sponsorship is not

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support in clients' homes.
• Meal preparation and nutritional support.
• Medication prompts and assistance as required.
• Light household duties and shopping support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Record and report visits accurately.
