Apex Prime Care in Basingstoke is recruiting care assistants to support clients in their homes with dignity and respect. We offer flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to help work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and assist with daily living tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and support to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily activities for clients at home.
• Support with meal preparation, mobility and household tasks as required.
• Maintain accuracy in documenting care provided and report changes.
