Job summary

Saxon Care in Swindon and surrounding areas is hiring Care Assistants to provide person-centred care at clients’ homes. The role includes daily living support, meal prep, medication prompts, and companionship. Full training is provided, with opportunities for progression.

We offer paid travel time, mileage allowance, enhanced pay for unsociable hours, and guaranteed hours in permanent contracts. Driving is often required and sponsorship is not available.

Salary

£14.79 - £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time, waiting time between calls and 45p per mile mileage allowance. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays

About the Role
