Zusammenfassung

Bluebird Care Calderdale and Bradford is recruiting Care Assistants to support customers in their own homes across Halifax and Brighouse. No prior care experience is required; full training will be provided to help you become confident in daily personal care tasks.

You will drive to clients’ homes, earning £13.00 per hour plus a 25p per mile mileage allowance, with flexible shifts from 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Applicants must have an existing and unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Aufgaben

• Helping with washing, dressing and other personal care
• Supporting customers with medication
• Preparing meals and helping with food and nutrition
• Helping with light housework, laundry and keeping the home comfortable
• Providing companionship and a friendly face
• Supporting customers to maintain their independence
• Following individual care plans and keeping accurate records
• Getting to know the people you support and noticing when something doesn't seem quite right
