Job summary

Bluebird Care Calderdale and Bradford is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Community Care Assistants in Halifax and Brighouse. You will visit customers in their homes, provide support based on individual needs, and help maintain independence with compassionate, patient care.

Full training is provided, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own car is essential. Right to work in the UK must be existing and unrestricted.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their own homes to provide support based on individual needs.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping and medications as needed.

• Follow care plans and keep accurate records.
