Agincare seeks a Home Carer in Weymouth to support people with daily routines, shopping, meals and companionship in their own homes. The role offers funded training, flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus and a Refer a Friend scheme with potential up to £1000. You may earn up to £13.70 per hour with mileage paid, plus benefits and a pension.

You should be kind and compassionate, enjoy helping others, and be able to work some weekends. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines, shopping and meals.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear.
• Help with medication and personal care when needed.
