Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant in Poole to support people in their own homes, helping with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship.

You do not need prior care experience; full training is provided. We offer flexible contracts, a £500 welcome bonus, Refer a Friend up to £1000, mileage paid (32p per mile), a pension, and on‑demand pay. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence (preferred).
• No prior care experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care in clients' homes.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and daily tasks.
• Provide companionship and supportive conversation.
• Assist with medications as needed.
• Shift patterns include 10pm–7am.
