Dale Care Ltd is recruiting a Home Care Assistant to provide person-centred care across County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside and Teesside. The role offers flexible shifts with guaranteed hours and full training, including paid shadow shifts.

You will support older adults in their homes with daily living tasks, meal prep, companionship, and light household duties, in a local community setting. No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance are essential.
• You must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool/Gateshead helping them regain independence in their own homes.
