Job summary

Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care to older adults across County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, South Tyneside and Teesside.

Full training is provided, DBS checks are completed, and there are permanent positions with various shift patterns. A UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this community-based role.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• No experience required; full training provided.

Salary: £26,130 Pro Rata, plus mileage at £0.30 per hour.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool/Gateshead helping them regain independence in their own homes.
