No prior experience needed; you’ll receive paid shadow shifts, a full training programme, DBS check, mileage support, and clear career progression in a locally based team.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool/Gateshead helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
