Dale Care Ltd is hiring a Home Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to clients in the community across County Durham and surrounding areas. You will deliver daily living assistance, companionship and practical help with meals, light chores and shopping, with predictable, flexible shifts and guaranteed hours.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, including paid shadow shifts and funded NVQ options.

• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Durham/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool/Gateshead helping them regain independence in their own homes.

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role, so a full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance are essential.
