Job summary

ICare Group is seeking caring Home Care Assistants to support clients across the CH44 and CH45 areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential as you will travel between clients’ homes in the local community.

We provide full induction, paid shadowing shifts, Care Certificate training and ongoing development. Enjoy flexible, fortnightly pay and a supportive team that values independence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be able to travel throughout the CH44 and CH45 areas.
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity, respect and compassion.
• Support with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and support per care plans.
• Carry out wellbeing and safety checks.
